BUCHAREST (Romania), March 20 (SeeNews) - Alpha Bank Romania said that together with its Greek parent it arranged a 200 million euro ($217 million) refinancing deal for the Romanian unit of Czech real estate developer CTP, which also involved local banks ING Romania and BRD [BSE:BRD].

The money will be used to finance the development of 40 green logistics buildings with a combined rentable area of 565,000 sq m within CTPark Bucharest, Alpha Bank Romania said in a press release on Tuesday.

"We are delighted to be part of this significant financing agreement for CTP Romania, the largest developer of green industrial and logistics spaces in Romania," said Sergiu Oprescu, executive president of Alpha Bank Romania and general director of Alpha Bank Group's international network.

CTP is a full-service commercial real estate developer which builds, manages and delivers custom-built, high-tech business parks throughout Central and Eastern Europe. The company owns warehouses with a total area of over 2.6 million sq m in multiple cities in Romania, its second largest market.
